But I explanation them about you need to raise funds to start, we work on tube sewage and enable the bahtroom and in the brick machine roof. Brother Jorge, José, Fausto, Fernando, Nahum, Edwing (Edwing´s father), Rojer, Emilson, Abilio, Leonardo... they are working in the land each time, they are willing to make the bricks and if possible do more. I told to you about the bad community´s water service this is a headache because for make bricks we will need a good water´s service, but don´t worry we will buy the water truck when we start to make bricks. Leonardo Correspondence - Letters From Leonardo Wed, 26 May 2010 19:45:38 +0100 http://unidosamor.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=70 Today is special day we will start the job in the land, We have many challenges ahead, because we need to start with the electricity job for brick machine until to install the machine to be ready for make the bricks, yeasterday we have the last meeting with our church´s men, they are very encouraged to contribute whatever is necessary, the wege pipe job we will receive until wednesday to our plumber who will make that special work, we began to open the street to get all the pipes underground. So be careful men working , we would like to have the temperature there in Texas, here the sun is very hot because it's summer but we said that after all this work we go swimming at the beach or a river. I and sending for you some special photos (mailto:) of our last weekend with the church, youth, ladies, teachers, Brother Angel Almendares preaching we recounted what was the work in 2009 looking at pictures with a projector. in these months past work has been fruitful in the Central Church and in the new congregation, but is not easy satan try to destroy our work, but we continue praching for glory of God, in the pictures that we were seeing showed many pictures of you and Amy your kids, friends and others working in the clinic. Lynette Austin and Karla Ken will be meeting to talk about a proposed program that will provide Abilene Christian University Speech Pathology students an opportunity to put their talents to work in the field. Information - Information Tue, 12 Jan 2010 21:09:00 +0100 http://unidosamor.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=67 Last saturday and Sunday were a big days for our congregation, this year the form of do our conference experienced a shange because this time we because this time the event took place only between the new congregation in the land, our and all our unbelievers guests . was a very nice experience, the work of preparation and lessons get started long ago but intensified last week culminating on Saturday and Sunday with the two-day conference. We have learned much from past events, this time I had to develop the theme UNITY AND FAMILY, I tried to prepare best to give the best of our church and our guests. Las saturday we started at 6PM, and we had around 110 peoples children 27, was a big blessing for us, our new brothers and sisters from ciudad nueva (land) they were with us that night, we had a really good work team for this event many brothers and sisters are growing in the faith ands are doing big things for God here, I talked with authority from God aboiut the UNITY this firts day. After the evente we needed to take to home different brothers and sisters group to different place of the city so we pay the transportation becase was very late. SUNDAY We and 20 brothers and sisters more were get up at 3:30 AM, to start the work day the second conference day, this day included preparation for special dinner and whole program to be carried at morning we had to prepare a whole hog, we hoe meat, beef stew, tamales, tortillas, beans, rice, salad all in abundance. But we were ready to start the worship at 9:00 AM, so this days came 148 peoples and 68 children, and we sing, we pray and listen to Word of God I talked about the FAMILY, the children had their special program for all the people and the young people also you can see that in the pictures, new church also were with us this beautiful day. We remember you work with Unidos con el Mismo Amor each year in Honduras, the brothers and sisters loved to hear about your work here, they are witness to how much you do for us, Church send for each of you thankyou. This time we feel a real family, the event was a succes, and today we are very tired but happy to work for this family, we were under orders from our brothers and not ordering but obeying, serving and not being served. But ok, I want to talk you about today at the morning until noon, all our children´s school were very enjoy and happy for the surprise for they and the sisters and brothers teachers also they were very enjoy for to be this special day in WENDY´S. We left early to pick up the kids and teachers while they did not expect such a nice surprise this day Karla kept it a secret until we told them we had a surprise for everyone then we take them to WENDY'S. Jane, Glenn and Amy, the children were very happy we can not describe the joy they felt to be in a place like that playing and eating, I want to say you that in this three week they had learned so much about difficult subject, mathematics, Spanish spelling, computation and Bible, The teachers Emilson, Dalia, Rosario, Sandra, Marshi, Karla, Angelica, Saul and Hugo(spiritual asistences), they made a great job this is a real work team. The dental school in Honduras will provide employment to many Honduran dental students, dental assistants, dental hygienists, nurses, and teachers. We must secure financing for the projects as well as our operational budget. On November 1, 2007 Unidos Con el Mismo Amor (United With the Same Love) incorporated. The initial board includes President Jane Estes Tindol, DDS; Vice President Ted Peabody, MDiv; and Secretary Amy Philpott.
